ALI Funding is purchasing life settlement policies with face amounts up to $17.5 Million face amount and a minimum of $100 Thousand from A.M. Best rated life carriers of B+ or better and a life expectancy up to 15 years. Some consideration will be given for ratings under B+ on a limited basis.
The types and sizes of policies cover a broad range; we will consider ordinary life, universal life, term life and group term certificates. The term life must have an exercisable conversion guarantee or termination date significantly exceeding the life expectancy of the insured. Group certificates must have a conversion option and the resulting policy must convert to a clearly-defined product type.
